The Covid-19 pandemic has shaken up the Fashion Industry in a big way, with some brands going into administration, many brick & mortar stores suffering and the rise of start-up brands forming, the future of fashion appears to be going in a new direction. But for those just beginning their fashion journey, how has the pandemic affected their all important final graduate year? Typically the final year at University/College is a challenging one, full of major projects, dissertations, final collections and internships. However when an unprecedented worldwide pandemic takes over, it’s safe to say many graduate’s final year of study and job search that followed may have not gone quite as planned.
